Director of Healthcare Real Estate Division

 

David has worked in all aspects of real estate for the last 18 years.  His primary background has been in the financial aspects of both residential and commercial real estate transactions, providing crucial solutions while researching and studying market trends.  He started his career as a top-ranked loan officer, and it is his understanding of lending and finance  which  has  helped  give  him an  edge

in both residential and commercial real estate.  David currently heads up our Healthcare Division specializing in Skilled Nursing Facilities in addition to other Senior Housing verticals such as Assisted Living, and both acute and sub-acute care facilities.  David also previously founded and managed a successful consulting and marketing firm providing services in many industries, including companies offering corporate healthcare benefits to the Fortune 500.  Being a Southern California native, David is a passionate outdoorsman and enjoys the ocean, the deserts, the mountains and everything in between.  He is an avid snowboarder and loves camping and fishing in the Sierra Mountains (where he may have been a little too close for comfort with a bear or two along the way).  David prides himself with the ability to stay calm and collected in any intense, high energy situation.  This is crucial in the art of negotiation and the ability to get past any obstacle toward a desired resolution and outcome.

Chris Swartz - President / Co-Founder

Chris has had a successful career in real estate for the last 20 years due to his drive and determination to persevere in markets that intimidate others.  He is goal oriented in both his business and personal life.  He has helped start several successful companies (some in other industries to help foster his creativity), and along the way has helped raise a family with  his wife  and  their  three

children (and three dogs).  He has earned a brown belt in jiu jitsu, a sport he loves for both its physical and mental challenges, as well as completed two marathons and three triathlons, including the Ironman. Chris is also an avid surfer having been a Huntington Beach native for most of his life, and has traveled to some of the most sought after spots in South America and the South Pacific.  Chris approaches real estate with the passion he approaches everything else, and that is what ultimately has led to his success.  His clients see that, and that is what has been the foundation for his long-lasting relationships in the business.  During the economic crisis, Chris helped found and operate Charis Financial, a company that helped facilitate over 1,100 short-sale transactions in just a few short years.  He was able to achieve this with an extensive understanding of residential real estate and its relationship to federal banking.  Chris is goal oriented, but most importantly, he has always been solutions oriented.
